Assistant Production Manager

We at Driving Force have an exciting role for an Assistant Production Manager based in Saint Margarets North Dublin, you will be working closely with the Supervisor, Line leaders and General Operatives.

This role would be suited to someone with a flexible schedule as its 40hours, 5 days throughout the week which can include weekends and Bank Holidays

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications and experience:
· A Bachelor\’s degree in Production Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Good management and communication skills, ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines

· Previous experience working in a related industry is preferred with knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety standards
· Proficiency in MS-Excel

Your roles and responsibilities in this job would include the following:
· Ensuring 100% productivity on production lines

· Monitoring Production Plan and issuing a Production Report to managers daily

· Ensuring availability of all machines, tools and materials for smooth production

· Coordinating with logistics delivery times, production updates, and outbound performance.

· Ensuring \”0 errors\” culture is performed on all production areas

· Performing 5S on the floor

· Ensuring no accidents in the department, analyzing and improving the process

· Troubleshooting any challenges in inventory management

· Taking performance review of team, motivating the team of supervisors & operators
