Counterbalance and PPT Forklift Drivers

Labour Force are currently recruiting for experienced Forklift Drivers /Warehouse Operatives for full time position for our client based in Dublin Port.

These warehouses operate on a 24/7 basis although not always busy other duties will be carried out during off peak times.

Successful candidates will be working in one of the warehouses based in the Port and will assist in the unloading and reloading containers and trailers. This includes both full & partial loads using a counterbalance forklift & PPT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unloading & reloading of containers and trailers using a counterbalance forklift & PPT
• Recording details of trucks, trailers and tasks done etc.
• Adhere to Health & Safety standards

Key Requirements:

• Valid Irish Counterbalance and PPT forklift licence
• Manual Handling certificate
• Own transport
• Availability to work a day and night shifts
• Availability to work during weekends and public holidays
• Fluency in English
• Great communication skills

Work Schedule:

• 2 rotating shifts – 5am to 5pm and 5pm to 5am
• 3 days on 3 days off roster

Rates of Pay:

• €13.50 – 5am to 5pm shift
• €15.00 – 5pm to 5am shift
• Overtime paid at 1.5
