Our client seeks a skilled Content Writer to create engaging content across various channels, positioning them as the leading partner in Employment Law and Health & Safety.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will simplify technical Employment Law and Health & Safety subjects, making them engaging and relevant for our target market. Your writing will support prospect and client communications, campaigns, projects, and business development.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Write compelling content for website copy, ad copy, guides, blog articles, PR content, video scripts, social media, newsletters, emails, apps, case studies, marketing collateral, and events.
  • Maintain a copy style guide to ensure consistency and tone across all channels.
  • Interpret employment and health & safety legislation to create high-level technical commentary for employers.
  • Ensure all copy is delivered on time and meets quality standards.
  • Leverage technical content and expertise from across the business to create relevant and engaging content.
  • Enhance customer acquisition, onboarding, retention, and lifetime value through evolving messaging.
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to adhere to best practices.
  • Work with the PR team to prepare comments and media briefs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to inform content strategy and plan content calendars.
  • Monitor competitor activity, customer behavior, and trends to improve content performance.


  • Minimum of 3 years\’ professional marketing copywriting experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written English with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of content marketing and SEO.
  • Ability to understand and engage a target audience.
  • Proven track record of producing impactful content from conception to delivery.
  • Creative content writing skills with a passion for generating new ideas.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced commercial environment with multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Portfolio demonstrating compelling and effective copywriting.
  • Self-sufficient in researching, writing, editing, and proofing copy, as well as assisting others.
