Commercial Sales Advisor – Naas

Job Overview: The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving individual sales targets in the Agri and Commercial business sectors, focusing on both new business acquisition and renewals. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality customer service and contributing to the overall performance of the sales office. The salary on offer is from €43,000 -€52,000 with uncapped commission. There are also excellent benefits on offer too.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, demonstrating a strong focus on growth and profitability.
  • Drive revenue and profit growth through direct sales efforts and effective account management.
  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with key external partners to promote and expand business opportunities.
  • Continuously develop sales skills, technical expertise, and industry knowledge to enhance personal performance.
  • Stay updated with the company\’s product offerings and ensure compliance with all industry regulations.
  • Adhere to quality standards, company procedures, and regulatory requirements in all business activities.
  • Escalate critical decisions to the Sales Manager that could impact sales office or organizational objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, such as life and pension advisors, to enhance overall service delivery to clients.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are handled in a professional, compliant, and customer-centric manner.

Education:

  • Hold a third-level qualification or a relevant professional certification.
  • Qualified with an industry-recognized insurance certification CIP (e.g., Certified Insurance Practitioner) or equivalent professional qualification.

Experience:

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the farming and commercial business sectors.
  • Full, clean driving license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet usage, and e-learning platforms.
