About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Manufacturing Operator to play a pivotal role in our production process.
You\’ll be involved in every step, from handling raw ingredients to crafting handmade cosmetics, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

What You\’ll Do

• Manufacturing Process: Melt beef tallow from suet and craft premium skincare products using professional equipment (mixers, piping bags, precision scales, etc.).
• Ingredient Handling: Work with raw beef fat, oils, butters, and essential oils with meticulous attention to detail.
• Quality Control: Ensure consistent standards, label and track individual batches, and maintain cleanliness and order.
• Facility Maintenance: Clean and maintain equipment and workspace to meet hygiene and safety standards.
• Packing & Logistics: Handle product packaging, pallet unpacking, and lifting heavy ingredients and boxes.

Preferred Experience

• Kitchen/Production: 1+ year in kitchens, bakeries, or similar roles.
• Knife Skills: Experience in butchery, meat processing, or handling raw ingredients.
• Attention to Detail: Comfort with precise measurements and quality standards.
