Audit Senior

In this role, The Audit Senior will manage a range of audit assignments, mentor junior staff, and work closely with senior management to deliver high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule, plan, and oversee audits, ensuring efficient and timely execution of assignments.
• Work closely with clients to gather required information, address queries, and resolve issues throughout the audit process.
• Investigate audit findings, identify areas for improvement, and propose effective solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing audit findings and provide recommendations for corrective and preventative actions.
• Collaborate with directors and partners to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Act as a mentor to junior staff, providing guidance, support, and training to foster their professional development and growth.
• Ensure compliance with audit standards, procedures, and methodologies while maintaining a focus on quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

• ACCA or ACA qualified with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Demonstrated experience working with audit clients of varying sizes across multiple industries.
• Strong knowledge of audit standards, processes, and methodologies, with a proven ability to identify and resolve audit-related challenges.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Adaptable and self-motivated, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
