Salary: €45,000 – €55,000 per year + Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:

* Lead a team in Goods In, Selection, or Transport departments, ensuring high

standards in stock handling.

* Foster a performance-driven and motivating work environment.

* Participate in daily operations, leading by example with strong leadership skills.

* Conduct quality control checks and manage product rotation.

* Organize and deliver on-the-job training to develop team members.

* Maintain work planners and coordinate annual leave.
