Key Responsibilities

Skills and Experience

  • Proven leadership experience in a retail environment, managing teams of 10 or more.
  • Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic setting.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Experience with operational planning, budgeting, and stock management.
  • A natural motivator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
