Job Title: Commercial Lines Broker

Salary: €40,000 – €45,000

Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 at home)

Role Overview
This role involves proactively engaging with both existing and prospective clients to manage broking, placement, processing, and administration of renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims, and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of current clients

• Prepare and send pre-renewal documents, ensuring timely return to comply with company procedures for issuing renewal terms

• Conduct re-broking activities and prepare renewal terms for clients

• Coordinate payments, including arranging finance options if necessary

• Issue post-renewal documentation promptly to clients

• Identify and assess client risks, offering information on relevant products and services to meet their needs

• Actively develop and grow a pipeline of new business prospects

• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and company standards at all times

• Support the company\’s objectives related to client retention and business growth

• Assist with ongoing customer service and support

• Provide advice and assistance with claims as they arise

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong administrative and organizational skills, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities

• Solid technical knowledge of commercial insurance products

• Familiarity with Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers Liability, Cyber insurance, and similar areas

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and client service abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Minimum of 3 years\’ experience in commercial insurance broking

• CIP qualification or actively working towards it
