Job Title: Commercial Lines Broker
Salary: €40,000 – €45,000
Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 at home)
Role Overview
This role involves proactively engaging with both existing and prospective clients to manage broking, placement, processing, and administration of renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims, and new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain a portfolio of current clients

Prepare and send pre-renewal documents, ensuring timely return to comply with company procedures for issuing renewal terms

Conduct re-broking activities and prepare renewal terms for clients

Coordinate payments, including arranging finance options if necessary

Issue post-renewal documentation promptly to clients

Identify and assess client risks, offering information on relevant products and services to meet their needs

Actively develop and grow a pipeline of new business prospects

Ensure full compliance with regulatory and company standards at all times

Support the company\’s objectives related to client retention and business growth

Assist with ongoing customer service and support

Provide advice and assistance with claims as they arise
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-
Strong administrative and organizational skills, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities

Solid technical knowledge of commercial insurance products
-
Familiarity with Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers Liability, Cyber insurance, and similar areas
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and client service abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Minimum of 3 years\’ experience in commercial insurance broking

CIP qualification or actively working towards it
