Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers, taking time to understand their needs and helping to bring their ideas to life

• Recommend suitable products, prepare detailed quotations, and follow up to convert enquiries into sales

• Achieve sales targets while promoting the full product range and highlighting additional opportunities to enhance customer projects

• Manage orders from start to finish, keeping customers informed on progress, delivery times, and any updates

• Resolve any customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring an exceptional experience

• Maintain showroom presentation standards, including product displays, merchandising, and cleanliness

• Support the day-to-day operations of the showroom, including stock management, administrative tasks, and team collaboration

• Stay up to date with product knowledge, design trends, and company promotions to provide expert advice

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or another customer-facing role

• Experience in high-end retail, or ERP/design software skills is an advantage

• Passionate about sales and delivering excellent service

• Friendly and approachable with great communication skills

• Well-organised and confident using computer systems
