We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Pharma Warehouse Operative to join our clients team in Cork. This role operates within a regulated pharmaceutical environment, ensuring accurate goods handling, compliance, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and unload raw materials and consumables (hazardous & non-hazardous)

• Liaise with delivery personnel to ensure accurate and secure deliveries

• Accurately book materials into SAP and store in correct locations

• Ensure proper labelling and documentation of all inventory

• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy

• Replenish kits/Kanban systems as required

• Process customer orders efficiently and respond to queries promptly

• Prepare required reports and attend daily team meetings

• Ensure full compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards

• Support additional duties as required by management

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience (pharma or regulated industry desirable)

• SAP or warehouse management system experience

• Strong attention to detail and compliance focus

• Good communication skills and flexibility
