Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and place candidates within aviation and related sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to placement
• Develop new business opportunities within the aviation market
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a high level of service delivery

Requirements

• Previous recruitment experience or strong exposure to the aviation industry
• Knowledge of airport operations, ground handling, or airline environments is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
