Sales & Customer Support Executive (Full Time)

Salary: 32,000 – €35,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Location: On-site

We are a well-established and expanding business operating within the furniture, woodworking, and related industries. With a strong presence in the Irish market and a broad portfolio of high-quality products, we pride ourselves on delivering reliable service and building long-term relationships with our customers.

As the company continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our office-based team.

The Role

This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to develop their career within a busy commercial environment.

You will support both customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, efficient order handling, and a high standard of service across all interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Core Duties:

  • Manage inbound calls and assist customers with queries and product orders.
  • Process orders received online and from the sales team accurately.
  • Track outstanding orders and follow up on backlogs.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and sales support to the wider team.

Additional Tasks:

  • Handle payment processing and update order statuses.
  • Respond to enquiries relating to pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
  • Record service requests and spare parts enquiries.
  • Collaborate with other departments when required to ensure smooth operations.

What We\’re Looking For

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional approach.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Clear communication and strong attention to detail.
  • Basic IT knowledge (experience with Microsoft Office is beneficial).
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is desirable, but not essential.
