Account Manager Dublin – Logistics

A leading global logistics company in North Dublin is seeking an experienced Account Manager. This role is focused on strengthening relationships with key accounts, expanding engagement across all levels, and driving business growth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen and expand relationships within existing accounts.
• Understand customers\’ business strategies and align our client\’s role accordingly.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups and issue resolution.
• Identify growth opportunities and maintain an updated action item list.
• Conduct 10 structured calls per week and assist with collections when needed.
• Manage client profiles, update territory maps, and document key sales calls.
• Stay proficient in relevant systems to provide technical updates.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth service delivery.
• Share schedules to support joint account visits and escalate major business opportunities.
• Conduct annual business reviews for each account.
• Continuously improve processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead local service delivery and resolve issues beyond the branch when necessary.
• Ensure a seamless invoicing and payment process.
• Meet with local customers regularly to maintain strong relationships.
• Commit to ethical business practices and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum two years of industry experience.
• Strong ability to document customer requirements clearly.
• Proficiency in relevant operating systems and standard PC applications.
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Account Management and Sales certifications preferred.
