West of Ireland | Based in Galway (Regional Travel Required)

We are seeking a creative, commercially focused Visual Merchandiser to enhance the in-store experience across the West of Ireland. Based in Galway, this full-time role involves delivering engaging seasonal displays across multiple stores while working closely with store teams and a national visual merchandising function in a fast-paced retail environment.

What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a regional visual merchandising team

  • Create engaging, on-brand visual presentations that influence customer buying decisions

  • Deliver seasonal launches, floor moves, and planogram implementation with precision and flair

  • Partner closely with store managers and marketing teams to ensure a seamless in-store experience

  • Analyse sales performance, identify slow-moving stock, and adapt visual strategies accordingly

  • Play an active role in store refurbishments and exciting new store openings

  • Travel across the region to ensure visual standards are consistently met and exceeded

  • Continuously seek new and creative ways to elevate store atmosphere and customer engagement

What You\’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment (furniture or large-format retail is a plus)

  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage VM teams

  • Strong floor display and space-planning expertise (essential)

  • A creative mindset balanced with commercial awareness

  • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently

  • A positive, energetic team player who takes pride in high standards
