Location: South Dublin

Salary: €45,000 – €50,000 per year

Hours: Full-time, approx. 45 hours per week (flexible to suit business needs)

What You\’ll Do:

Lead and support warehouse teams to keep operations running smoothly

Help manage daily operations across coldstore and warehouse functions

Drive improvements in productivity, compliance, and team performance

Assist in site facility management and liaise with contractors when needed

Support the Warehouse Manager on compliance, training, and safety standards

Play a key role in managing rotas, costs, and shift performance

What You Need:

Proven leadership experience – you know how to get the best out of a team

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Excellent communication and decision-making skills

Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)

Nice to Have (Not Essential):

Experience in a food or cold store warehouse

Familiarity with WMS systems

Knowledge of health & safety or BRC standards
