Job Title: Counterbalance Driver
Location: Baldonnell Business Park, Dublin
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: €15.62 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Counterbalance Forklift Operator / General Operative (Order Picker) to join our team at Baldonnell Business Park. The successful candidate will split their time between safely operating a counterbalance forklift and assisting with order picking, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a smooth operational flow within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forklift Operation:
    • Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse.
    • Perform routine checks and maintenance on the forklift.
    • Ensure goods are stored properly and organized efficiently.
  • Order Picking & General Warehouse Duties:
    • Efficiently pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
    • Ensure accuracy in order picking, packing, and quality control.
    • Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
    • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and manual lifting equipment (training provided).
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
    • Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines.
    • Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Manual Handling Certificate (required).
  • Counterbalance Forklift experience (essential).
  • Good level of English for communication and understanding instructions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in both picking and forklift operations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work full-time (right to work 40 hours per week).
