Location: Fonthill Retail Park, Dublin
Schedule: Monday to Saturday

• Monday – Friday: 10:00 – 18:30
• Saturday: 08:00 – 16:00
• Overtime: Paid after 40 hours

Salary & Benefits

• Daily Rate: €123.07 gross
• Overtime: €23.00 per hour (after 40 hours)
• Tax-Free Allowance: €12.50 per shift (€37.50 after 10h)
• Consistent, full-time hours

About the Role

Labour Force is currently recruiting an experienced and reliable Van Driver on behalf of a well-established Irish healthcare supplier. The company specialises in providing high-quality surgical equipment, instruments, and medical supplies to hospitals and healthcare facilities across Dublin.

With a strong reputation for efficiency, precision, and reliability, this organisation plays a key role in supporting hospital operations by ensuring essential equipment is delivered safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver tool kits and essential equipment to hospitals across Dublin City Centre
• Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and to a high standard
• Load and unload the van carefully, protecting sensitive medical equipment
• Follow all road safety regulations and company procedures
• Carry out routine vehicle checks and report any issues promptly
• Maintain communication with the dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges

Requirements

• Full B Driving Licence (valid in Ireland)
• Minimum 12 months\’ commercial van driving experience (ideally in Dublin City Centre)
• Driver Statement from NDLS
• Strong knowledge of Dublin City traffic and routes
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and remain professional under pressure
• Good English communication skills
