Forklift Driver – Counterbalance / Reach

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Driver to join our dynamic team in a frozen warehouse environment.

This is a full-time position, offering consistent hours and a competitive pay rate. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of warehouse activities while adhering to safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate counterbalance forklifts to move, stack, and organize stock within the warehouse.
• Load and unload deliveries, ensuring goods are stored correctly and in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements using warehouse management systems.
• Perform daily equipment checks to ensure forklifts are safe and operational.
• Work in a frozen environment, adhering to safety and operational guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet warehouse targets and maintain workflow.

Requirements:

• Forklift Driver Reach License (valid and up-to-date).
• Certificate of Manual Handling (mandatory).
• Minimum of 6 months experience operating a Reach Forklift.
• Good level of English (written and spoken) for understanding instructions and safety protocols.
• Availability to work full-time (must have the right to work 40 hours per week).
• Ability to work in a cold, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
