Forklift Drivers – Counterbalance & PPT

Location: Dublin Port

Rates of Pay:

• €15.26 per hour (base rate)
• €20.81 per hour (overtime rate)

Work Schedule:

• 12-hour rotating shifts:
• 5:00am – 5:00pm
• 5:00pm – 5:00am
• 3 days on / 3 days off roster

The Role

Labour Force is currently recruiting experienced Forklift Drivers / Warehouse Operatives for our client based in Dublin Port. These positions offer secure, long-term work within a port-based warehousing operation.

During quieter periods, duties will include general warehouse tasks to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Unloading and reloading containers and trailers using counterbalance forklifts and PPTs
• Handling full and partial loads efficiently
• Recording and tracking details of trucks, trailers, and completed tasks
• Supporting warehouse operations as required
• Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures and site guidelines

Requirements

• Valid Irish Counterbalance and PPT forklift licences
• Manual Handling certification
• Own transport (essential for Dublin Port access)
• Flexibility to work day and night shifts
• Availability for weekends and public holidays
• Good communication skills and fluent English
