Freight Settlement Analyst

Total Talent Solutions are recruiting a Frieght Settlement Analyst on behalf of our client, a leading global logistics provider, to support rate management, invoice validation, and reporting within their distribution centre operations.

• Develop and refine SOPs for rate structures across global logistics.
• Analyze quotes to create and maintain pricing for all transport modes and contract logistics.
• Manage supplier rate agreements and monitor validity periods.
• Oversee and validate LSP invoices for accuracy and proper formatting.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with providers.
• Ensure timely receipt and processing of monthly invoices.
• Record and settle spot market prices in systems.
• Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs with management.
• Support LSP onboarding and training.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis as required.

Qualifications & Profile

• Bachelor\’s in Logistics, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.
• Experience in freight forwarding and data analytics; accounting background is a plus.
• Knowledge of rate structures and logistics operations.
• Experience with rate management or freight settlement tools.
• Proficiency in Excel; Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with SAP freight invoice approvals and freight auditing required.
