Job Title: General Operative (Order Picker)
Location: Baldonnell Business Park, Dublin
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: €15.62

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Operative (Order Picker) to join our team at Baldonnell Business Park. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment and maintaining a smooth operational flow within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently pick and pack orders according to specifications.
• Ensure accuracy in order picking and quality control.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training will be provided).
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in stock management and inventory checks.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
