Inventory Controller

Airport Staff are currently looking for an Inventory Controller to join our client who is a leading logistics company based in Horizon Logistics Park, Swords.

Purpose:

• As an Inventory Controller you will work on your own initiative and being a key player in the warehouse team to offer solutions in a timely and efficient manner to the end customer to ensure all aspects of operation are completed with accuracy and quality
• An Iventory Controller will work within guidelines to make sure all requested tasks are performed
• An Iventory Controller will develop excellent working relationships with customers, colleagues and all the departments they have to work with

Responsibilities:

• As an Iventory Controller you will monitor / adjust stock levels daily with Warehouse Manager and Purchase Manager.
• Reporting requirements for Aged Stock report, Neg Stocks , Adhoc cycles etc
• Familiar with Intact software a plus and must have knowledge of products in the healthcare trade.
• Excel skills are a must for advanced reporting – for import and export of large data files, for price changes and new products.
• As an Inventory Controller you will prepare Stock invoices and credits for processing with AP reconciliation alongside Purch Manager and Finance Controller.
• Familiar using SAP system.
