Junior Site Engineer

Job Description: We are currently looking for both Junior and Senior Site Engineers to support our growing number of construction projects in the Leinster region. The successful candidates will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of projects and maintaining our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities (Junior Site Engineer):

• Assist Senior Engineers and Project Managers with site operations.
• Surveying and setting out works in accordance with drawings and specifications.
• Monitor and report on project progress.
• Assist in resolving technical issues.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities (Senior Site Engineer):

• Take a lead role in overseeing site operations.
• Manage site personnel and resources effectively.
• Ensure accurate setting out and surveying of works.
• Provide technical expertise and resolve on-site challenges.
• Monitor and report on project progress, budget, and quality.
• Implement and enforce health and safety procedures.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications: Junior Site Engineer:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Previous internship or entry-level experience in construction.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and surveying equipment is a plus.

Senior Site Engineer:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management software, and surveying equipment.

Additional Requirements (Both Positions):

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver\’s license.
• Willingness to travel to project sites within the Leinster area.
