Airport Staff is looking for an experienced Logistics key account Administrator. The ideal candidate will have logistics and customer service experience, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the key contact for logistics accounts.
  • Communicate with customers regarding stock levels and stock management.
  • Assist in sorting and organising incoming stock arrivals.
  • Support the safe and efficient operation of the warehouse in relation to products.
  • Participate in tasks assigned by management to improve operational utilisation or service.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business goals, objectives, policies, and priorities.
  • Attend weekly meetings to discuss volumes, objectives, and any arising issues.
  • Comply with training requirements and ensure refreshers are planned and completed.
  • Ensure health and safety protocols are followed at all times.
  • Build strong customer relationships and aim to exceed expectations.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Understanding of planning, shipping, warehouse management, and inventory systems.
  • Experience managing daily shipment schedules and deliveries.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Flexibility to work hours to meet business needs, including weekends and overtime.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Awareness of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to perform warehouse duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Proficiency in daily reporting on inventory levels, shipping, and goods-in reports.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Basic understanding of customs processes.
