Airport Staff are seeking a Logistics Key Account Operative for our client in North Dublin. To maintain and develop service levels, in order to enhance continuous development. Unloading and sortation of goods in. Picking, staging, and loading of goods out while managing Key Client Account. Maintenance of excellent housekeeping standards and compliance with all health and safety requirements.

Salary: €35K – €38k (bonus after 12 months)

Location: County Dublin, North of Dublin Airport. Area not served by buses, candidates would need own transport.
Hours: 9am to 6pm Mon to Fri (some flexibility may be required)

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Load/unload trailers, including accurate completion of paperwork.
  • Sortation of orders, checking against paperwork.
  • Getting orders ready for dispatch.
  • General warehouse duties.
  • Housekeeping of warehouse and yard.
  • Matching deliveries with dockets.
  • Scanning and recording of freight.
  • Completion of tasks as set by Warehouse manager.
  • Loading vehicles.
  • Dedicated Role & Responsibility for Overseeing All Inbound / Outbound Activities on A Client Account.
  • Attendance on Weekly Customer Calls to Discuss Volumes / Issues / KPIS.
  • Proactive on Ensuring Priority Daily Shipments are Processed and Shipped as per Client Instructions.
  • Managing consumables and communicating with client on re-order levels.
  • Monthly Customer Scorecard Reviewal with Logistics Management Team.
  • CAPA plan experience in the event of any issues that may arise.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A counterbalance forklift operator\’s license is essential.
  • Basic knowledge of computerized inventory systems and warehouse functions.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Relevant experience within a warehouse environment.
  • Self-motivated with good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Knowledge/Familiarity of delivery documentation/paperwork.
  • Quality Control Experience Preferred.
  • High Level Of Accuracy on Order Picking Essential.
  • WMS System Experience.
  • Stock Checking experience essential.
