Personal Lines Account Handler – Cork

Our client is seeking an experienced Account Handler to join their Personal Lines team in Cork, offering a salary of €30,000 to €38,000 DOE. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates ready to advance their insurance careers in a dynamic environment.

Role Overview:

• Conduct market research and issue tailored insurance quotes for cars, vans, and homes.
• Provide day-to-day support, including renewals, policy adjustments, and claims reporting.
• Stay informed on insurer products, rates, and competitor trends.
• Ensure compliance with Central Bank codes and company standards through effective documentation.

Requirements:

• APA or CIP qualified with 3-5 years in a similar role.
• Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience in general insurance broking or an insurance company.
• Proficient in IT; Relay experience an advantage.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
