Procurement Co-Ordinator

Location: Santry Dublin 9 (Office Based)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Raise and manage purchase orders using Sage, ensuring accuracy in pricing, suppliers, and product setup.
  • Maintain up-to-date costings and stock levels to meet both production and seasonal demands.
  • Liaise with suppliers for confirmations, delivery updates, and negotiate pricing where applicable.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, Stores, and Accounts to ensure seamless order flow and stock availability.
  • Attend sourcing and purchasing meetings, communicating key updates and supply chain issues internally.
  • Support stock control processes, including monthly stock takes and resolving discrepancies.

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent IT skills, and full proficiency in MS Office; Sage experience is a plus.
  • Fluent English speaker with clear communication and the ability to flag issues impacting operations.
  • Proactive and adaptable, thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces change.
  • Committed team player with a positive attitude, resilience, and pride in delivering high-quality work.
