Project Manager – Construction | Commercial & Residential | Full Project Lifecycle

About the Role: This is a full lifecycle role – from groundworks to handover – where you\’ll take the lead in managing mechanical, electrical, and structural phases. You will be the linchpin between clients, sub-contractors, and internal teams, ensuring all aspects of delivery meet our standards for quality, timelines, and cost.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day site operations from inception to completion

* Coordinate and manage subcontractors, surveyors, and suppliers

* Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong client relationships

* Lead project planning, budget tracking, and reporting

* Ensure all health, safety, and compliance protocols are adhered to

* Collaborate with design teams and consultants to ensure smooth project flow

Requirements:

* Proven experience in managing construction projects end-to-end

* Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical coordination

* Ability to lead multiple stakeholders with professionalism and clarity

* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

* A third-level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a trade background is highly desirable

* Full driving licence
