Exciting opportunity for a candidate with a built environment focus, working on diverse projects including stage builds, branding, and signage installations.

The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 3+ years of industry experience and be comfortable managing a project from start to finish, including taking briefs/enquiries from clients, planning with in-house designers and our production team to bring a job from initial idea to finished product.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Assist clients from project briefing to completion and post-completion meetings.
  • Brief designers on graphic, print, and 3D design works.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver projects efficiently.
  • Ensure projects are budgeted accurately and delivered on time.
  • Participate in creative and production planning, emphasizing detail and creativity.
  • Instruct production manager on design and layout for workshop delivery.
  • Drive revenue growth through client acquisition and retention.
  • Manage supplier relationships effectively.
  • Maintain a proactive and flexible approach in a dynamic industry.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 3+ years of industry experience.
  • Background in commercial fit-out/event production or signage preferred.
  • Quick learner and problem-solver with attention to detail.
  • Passionate about creativity, production, and construction.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
