Location: St Margaret\’s, Co. Dublin
Salary: €20.05 per hour (€41,704 per year)
Hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, 5 days over 7
Start Times: Between 03:30 and 13:00

About the Role

Driving force is seeking reliable and professional C Licence Rigid Driver to join our Airport Catering team. This is a key operational role supporting airline catering services at Dublin Airport.

You will collect loaded catering trucks from our St Margaret\’s facility and transport them airside to the aircraft. Drivers are responsible for unloading trolleys into the plane (with assistance from cabin crew) and returning used trolleys and equipment back to the facility.

The role may occasionally involve a run to Shannon Airport (approximately once every six weeks).

Successful applications are required to complete a 5 year background check and Airport Garda Vetting

What You Will Do

• Drive fully loaded catering trucks from St Margaret\’s to Dublin Airport.

• Deliver food, beverages (including alcohol), and retail products to aircraft.

• Wheel catering trolleys onto the aircraft and remove old trolleys for return.

• Perform occasional long-distance runs to Shannon Airport.

• Work early or mid-day shifts depending on roster (start times between 03:30 and 13:00).

• Maintain high standards of safety and compliance at all times.

• Ability to pass all required security and background checks (5-year history)
