We are hiring for a Sales Support and Marketing Administrator for our client, a leading global logistics Company based in Santry. This is an excellent opportunity to join a top tier sales team with excellent career progression opportunities.
Reports to: District Sales Manager
Location: North County Dublin
Key Deliverables
- Support weekly district sales meetings and manage sales leads.
- Organise sales training sessions and coordinate visitor schedules.
- Provide regular sales reporting and ensure data accuracy.
- Champion the use of Sales Enablement tools within the district.
- Manage bid responses, including summaries, formatting, and deadlines.
- Act as the local expert for bid management and facilitation.
- Plan and execute customer-facing district events with Business Development.
- Support local marketing activities and ensure brand guideline adherence.
- Collaborate on regional campaigns and newsletters with Sales Operations.
- Engage in ongoing training and assist with additional Business Development tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication, grammar, and public speaking skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for local events and training.
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accountability, and time management.
- Confident decision-maker with a focus on building relationships and influencing outcomes.
