The Role

As a Depot Lead, you will oversee daily depot operations, manage a team of drivers, and ensure excellent service delivery to customers. You\’ll focus on efficiency, compliance, and performance, driving key results and maintaining the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, train, and support a team of drivers, ensuring operational excellence.

* Monitor and improve delivery performance while resolving customer queries.

* Manage accounts, daily cash lodgements, and resolve any discrepancies.

* Track key performance metrics like driver and vehicle utilization, ensuring goals are met.

* Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

* Oversee staff training, performance reviews, and development plans.

* Foster a positive, disciplined, and solutions-driven work environment.

What\’s on Offer?

* Salary: €35,000-€42,000 gross per annum.
