Site Managers required for clients based across the Leinster area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.
- Ensure that the project stays on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
Team Management:
- Lead and direct a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and laborers.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to workers.
Strong Leadership:
- Ensure that all work meets quality standards and adheres to project specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address defects or issues.
- Implement quality control measures and processes.
Safety:
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations on the construction site.
- Conduct safety meetings and training sessions for workers.
- Investigate and report accidents or safety violations.
Problem Solving:
- Identify and resolve construction-related issues and challenges promptly.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to find solutions to unexpected problems.
Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between workers, subcontractors, and project management.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and any deviations from the plan.
- Communicate project requirements and expectations clearly to the team.
Qualifications:
- 5 years\’ experience in a similar role
- Relevant Third level Qualification
