We are currently recruiting on behalf of our aviation client for a Stores & Logistics Operative to join their dynamic operations team based in West Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support the logistics, inventory, and procurement functions across multiple aviation bases in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving & Distribution:
• Receive and distribute aviation-related equipment and supplies across various operational bases.
• Coordinate deliveries and collections between locations to support ongoing operations and transitions.
• Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate records of equipment, including serial and part numbers.
• Track servicing schedules and stock levels across multiple sites.
• Shipping & Logistics:
• Manage the shipping and receiving of equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and vendor protocols.
• Handle Dangerous Goods (DG) shipments in line with regulatory standards.
• Systems & Data Entry:
• Use systems such as RAMCO and SAP to manage logistics data, including ordering, shipping, and equipment status updates.
• Procurement Support:
• Process consumable orders and assist with vendor coordination, order tracking, and catalogue development.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate supply chain operations.
• Stock Control & Auditing:
• Conduct regular stocktakes across multiple aviation bases.
• Support the development and maintenance of tracking systems.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a logistics, stores, or inventory role-ideally within an aviation or technical environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Comfortable with regular travel between operational sites.
• Familiarity with logistics software (RAMCO, SAP) is a plus.
• Dangerous Goods handling experience is desirable but not essential.
