Telesales Executive (3-Month Contract)

Location: Dublin (Swords)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Contract: 3-Month Fixed-Term Contract

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our client for their team based in Dublin on a 3-month contract. Reporting directly to the Group Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our sales activities and driving business growth through proactive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively contact existing and prospective customers by telephone
• Re-engage lapsed clients and identify new business opportunities
• Promote our freight and logistics services to potential and existing customers
• Identify customer requirements and provide suitable service solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity

Skills & Experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive approach to sales
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships over the phone
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Previous telesales experience is desirable
• Experience within the logistics, freight, or transport industry would be a distinct advantage
