Job Title: Warehouse Forklift Drivers – Reach / Aisle Master / Counterbalance

Location: St Margaret\’s, Dublin, Ireland

Salary:

• Day Shift: €17.29 per hour
• Evening/Night Shift: €20.82 per hour

Hours:
5 days over 7

• Day Shift: 8:00am – 5:00pm/Evening/Night Shift: 5:00pm – 2:00am (rotational shifts)

About the Role

We are currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Forklift Drivers on behalf of our client, a leading global cold storage and logistics company. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation that plays a critical role in the food supply chain.

We are seeking candidates with experience operating one or more of the following: Reach Truck, Aisle Master (VNA), and Counterbalance forklifts.

Please note that this role involves working in a temperature-controlled environment, including freezer conditions that can reach up to -22°C.

Key responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading trailers safely and efficiently
• Moving stock to designated storage locations
• Picking and putting away goods using RF scanners
• Operating forklifts in a busy, fast-paced warehouse environment
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
• Working in chilled and freezer environments
• Following all food safety (HACCP) and health & safety procedures

Key Requirements

• Valid forklift licence for Reach Truck, Aisle Master (VNA) or Counterbalance
• Previous experience in a warehouse or cold storage environment (FMCG experience desirable)
• Comfortable working in cold and freezer conditions (up to -22°C)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work across shifts (days and evenings)
• Own transport is required (no public transport for this area)
