Airport Staff is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our client\’s team in Dublin 15. This role involves leading the operations at our client\’s Crate Wash facility, focusing on implementing the Contract Logistics strategy with an emphasis on cost optimization, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

• Oversee all crate wash activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective operations.
• Plan, coordinate, and control the entire washing process to meet production schedules and budgetary constraints.
• Manage stock, control costs, and implement productivity measures to achieve operational targets.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping, ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety regulations.

People Management:

• Recruit and train new employees on their specific roles within the crate wash process.
• Inspire and motivate teams to achieve best-in-class performance standards.
• Provide coaching and development for supervisors and operators to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Promote a strong Health and Safety culture across the site.
• Set and track productivity targets, ensuring gaps are addressed with actionable plans.
• Conduct regular team meetings and stand-ups to communicate priorities and progress.

Customer Engagement:

• Ensure operations align with customer agreements and KPIs, delivering exceptional customer service throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Prepare and present KPI reports for customer meetings, driving action and improvement.
• Host customer site visits and regulatory audits, addressing any follow-up actions as necessary.

Commercial Development:

• Drive business growth by optimizing warehouse space and developing new business opportunities.
• Manage purchase orders and invoices, ensuring compliance with financial procedures.

Facilities Management:

• Collaborate with machine engineers and suppliers to maintain equipment and site facilities.
• Oversee maintenance requirements and ensure all equipment meets operational standards.
• Implement and uphold best-in-class Health & Safety practices, conducting regular safety walks and emergency drills.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives through the Production Systems 2.0 program.
• Review procurement processes to enhance service quality and reduce costs.
