Warehouse Operatives (Night Shifts)

Labour Force are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a full-time position with our client based in Grange Castle, Clondalkin. This role involves working in a cold store (-20°C) within a highly automated, multi-temperature warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and prepare orders for dispatch following company procedures
• Stack products onto pallets safely and efficiently
• Accurately label goods in line with dispatch requirements
• Load trucks for delivery to various destinations
• Follow internal work methods and report any unsafe conditions immediately
• Adhere to HACCP procedures to ensure food safety compliance
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the warehouse

Key Requirements:

• Comfortable working in a cold store environment
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Good standard of English literacy and numeracy
• Strong teamwork skills and proactive attitude
• Reliable transport to Grange Castle, Clondalkin
• Manual Handling certificate

Hours of Work:

• Sunday – Tuesday: 17:00 – 05:00
• Every second Saturday: 19:00 – 01:00
