Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to join our client based in Swords, Co. Dublin. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of logistics operators and administrative staff, ensuring the efficient, safe, and customer-focused operation of day-to-day activities, including receipts, replenishment, cycle counting, and shipping.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team responsible for logistics operations, ensuring smooth daily processes.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, maintaining excellent relationships and understanding their supply chain needs.
- Oversee warehouse scheduling in line with customer requirements and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Manage SAP inventory systems for both inbound and outbound shipments.
- Track and meet key performance metrics, addressing any issues promptly.
- Train, develop, and mentor team members to achieve business objectives.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
- Ensure workplace safety by leading safety initiatives and inspections.
- Participate in business alignment meetings with key stakeholders.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in people management and leadership.
- Excellent communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP systems.
- Background in contract logistics or similar environments.
- Have a forklift licence / experience using forklifts
