Warehouse Team Leader

Job description

Airport Staff are looking for a warehouse supervisor to join our client in Dublin 15. This is a hands-on supervisory role responsible for the day-to-day running of a warehouse/workshop. You will oversee the receipt, storage, dispatch, and return of medical devices and consumables, while ensuring full compliance with GMP/GDP standards and internal procedures.

You will also lead a small team, manage stock control, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse/workshop operations including goods receipt, pick/pack/dispatch, and returns
• Manage stock control, inventory accuracy, and periodic stock takes
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, ISO and internal SOPs
• Lead, train, and support team members, including performance reviews
• Maintain calibration logs and ensure all equipment is compliant
• Monitor KPIs and drive operational improvements

Requirements

• 1-3 years\’ experience in a warehouse/workshop environment (medical device/pharma desirable)
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working to KPIs and driving efficiencies
• Counterbalance forklift licence (required)
