Position Title: Warehouse Coordinator/Counterbalance Driver
Location: Whitestown Industrial Estate, Dublin 24
Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: €14.70 to €15.70
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Coordinator/Counterbalance Driver to join our dynamic team. This dual role involves overseeing warehouse operations and ensuring efficient material handling using a counterbalance forklift. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Coordination:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Coordinate the workflow of warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Implement and maintain warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
• Assist in training new staff on warehouse protocols and safety measures.

Counterbalance Driving:

• Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to move, locate, and relocate products within the warehouse.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
• Ensure proper handling of materials to prevent damage and maintain quality.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on forklift and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while operating the forklift.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations and logistics.
• Valid counterbalance forklift certification and experience operating forklifts.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and reporting.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Standing, bending, and moving for extended periods.
